The outdoor shower is located at the bottom of the stairs at the front of the house. Please rinse off sand before entering the house and before entering the pool. Signs are posted as reminders.
Pack-n-play, highchair, and baby gear are stored in the master bedroom closet. Help yourself — return to closet before checkout.
Dog bowl and leash are in the laundry closet in the kitchen.
The beach is approximately 150 feet away — a short walk from the front of the property. Beach towels are provided; please shake off sand before bringing them inside.
Bay County law requires compliance with double red flag closures.
There is one outdoor security camera at the back of the house near the pool equipment area, and a Ring doorbell at the front entrance. No cameras inside the home or in any guest areas.

Washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet in the kitchen. Detergent is provided — check under the sink or on top of the washer.
Each bedroom and the living area has a Roku TV. Simply turn on the TV and use the Roku home screen to log into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). Streaming accounts are not provided — please remember to log out before checkout.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. Music and outdoor gatherings must conclude by 10pm.

Panama City Beach has one dog beach — a 400 ft stretch just west of the Russell-Fields City Pier, across from Pier Park (beach accesses 56/57). Dogs must stay leashed. Outside of that stretch, dogs aren't allowed on the main beach, so plan your walk accordingly.
For off-leash time, Frank Brown Park Dog Park (16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy) has separate large and small dog areas, water fountains, and shade — free to use. For longer walks, Conservation Park has over 24 miles of leashed trails.
Dog-friendly patios nearby: Finn's Island Style Grub and Shuckums Oyster Pub both welcome pups outside.
Want to cruise the neighborhood? A few local companies deliver carts right to the house. Carts are street legal only on roads posted 35 mph or under, so plan your route with that in mind.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from the house and pool. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly. No smoking inside the home — a $250 fee will be charged if smoke is detected indoors.
No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guests are permitted. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests at all times. Unauthorized guests are not allowed on the property.
Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property and in the surrounding area per Bay County ordinance.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Indoor and outdoor music, loud conversations, and pool use must cease by 10pm. This is a residential neighborhood — please be respectful of neighbors.
Pet policy is listed on your booking. Only pets disclosed and approved at the time of booking are permitted; undisclosed pets are a violation of house rules and may result in additional fees. If pets are approved, they must be kept off furniture and beds at all times, and all pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. Pets should be reasonably groomed and free of excess shedding or muddy paws before entering the home. Excessive pet hair, odor, or staining beyond normal wear and tear may result in an additional cleaning charge. Dog bowl and leash are in the kitchen laundry closet.

Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear, including stains, odors, and excess cleaning needs. Please report any accidental damage to the host immediately — we are understanding when issues are reported promptly. The host reserves the right to charge for damages, excess cleaning, or rule violations identified after checkout, and may document the property's condition through photos before and after each stay.
